Imagine, Inc. and its nonprofit partners will control The Ascent’s world trademarks and service marks, and therefore its licensing.

As conceived, The Ascent can be compared to the Oscars, the Grammys, and the Super Bowl in its scope, viewership, global entertainment value, and income potential as a live-broadcast event. The Ascent’s primary sources of income will be generated by an assortment of sponsorship and advertising opportunities over the event period. Ancillary income opportunities include:
